Defendant is hereby given notice that any current or future payor of income shall withhold a portion of the income as provided by Sections 20-6-201 through 20-6-222, Wyoming Statutes, to provide for payment of support as directed by the Court, and any such payor shall comply with all notices from the Clerk of the District Court served upon such payor and shall remit income withheld to the Clerk as specified in the notice. Said withholding of income shall commence upon the Court's order, the voluntary application by the Plaintiff, or subsequent to a filing of a notice of delinquency by the Defendant as provided by the specified statutory provisions. Each of the parties is hereby ordered to notify the Clerk of this Court in writing within fifteen (15) days as to any change in address or employment in compliance with Section 20-2-113(d), Wyoming Statutes.
